Angela helps companies and individuals navigate a variety of complex disputes. She has litigated wide-ranging business issues in both state and federal courts, including commercial contracts, shareholder oppression, trade secret protection, insurance coverage, real property disputes, and employee non-competes. Her complex litigation experience includes class action and multi-district litigation.
In addition, Angela frequently assists clients with general corporate advice. She is a firm believer in a wholistic approach to legal representation.
