Elizabeth has experience in a variety of civil litigation matters, including business disputes, labor and employment cases, product liability matters, environmental law, and construction defect cases. She has previously practiced law in California and Nevada and has worked both in private practice and as in-house counsel here in Huntsville. Her work has included multiple aspects of litigation in state and federal courts, from the initial pleadings stage and case discovery, including expert witness preparation, to drafting dispositive motions and assisting with pre-trial work. Additionally, she has advised clients on diverse non-litigation matters, including contracts, policies and procedures, higher education-related issues, and personnel matters. Her years of experience allow her to serve a wide variety of clients and to provide a range of legal services as part of the Loftin Holt Hall & Hargett LLP team.
Elizabeth received her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2002. She received an M.Sc. in Psychological Research Methods from the University of Stirling, Scotland, in 2000 and a B.A. from Yale University, magna cum laude, honors in Psychology, in 1995.
